There are many information and suggestions which remind you about driving in proper manner. Meanwhile, some drivers still drive carelessly and even break the rules. This cannot be seen as normal thing since their carelessness can damage other people on the street. Then, punishments are created in order to remind some people to drive carefully. Additionally, driving without the correct insurance or license are serious offenses. The penalty points can be up to 6 to 8 points. In some cases, there will be also a driving ban and more fine. Driving without a license will incur a penalty of between 3 and 6 penalty points, which will be added if the person in question ever gets a driving license. It means, you will get a ban directly and re-take a driving test when the ban is over. Another thing you should never experience is being caught driving without an MOT. This will end with fine and your license may be revoked until you have had the MOT completed. Basically, this will avoid you from continuing driving without the MOT. Driving without a seat-belt or having lights that are broken or not working is considered offense. The punishment is commonly on the spot fine and a warning of future conduct. |
